Drive Speed and Efficiency

• Work efficiently to prepare food and complete tasks quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency during busy periods to keep service fast and accurate.
• Assist teammates during rush periods to ensure guests are served promptly.
• Follow procedures and station responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly.

Support Teamwork and Collaboration

• Work closely with fellow crew members and management to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure orders are prepared accurately and quickly.
• Step in to assist coworkers whenever needed to maintain fast service and team efficiency.
• Help prepare the restaurant for each shift by working together as a team.

Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as washing dishes, sweeping floors, mopping, taking out trash, and cleaning restrooms.
• Ensure the restaurant dining area remains clean, safe, and welcoming for guests at all times.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Demonstrate Reliability and Professionalism

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and be ready to contribute to the team.
• Pay attention to detail to ensure orders and tasks are completed correctly.
