Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure
- Follow safe driving procedures and traffic laws
- Manage transactions efficiently using the Delivery App
- Deliver food accurately, maintaining top-quality presentation and packaging
- Keep your delivery vehicle clean and organized
- Bag and wrap orders securely for transport
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s Team Member Handbook standards
- Arrive on time with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be a dependable team player who takes pride in their role

Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a valid State-Issued Driver’s License
- Own reliable, clean transportation with valid insurance
- Clean driving record for the past 2 years with no recent suspensions
- Smartphone capable of running the delivery app
- Willingness to work in-restaurant when not delivering
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Delivery and customer service experience a plus
