A sneak peek of your job responsibilities includes:
- Continuously clear and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths after guest use.
- Sweep, mop, and spot-clean spills immediately to prevent slip-and-fall accidents.
- Monitor and empty trash and recycling bins before they become full.
- Restock condiment stations, napkins, and plasticware regularly.
- Perform hourly (or as scheduled) deep cleaning and sanitization of toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Ensure all dispensers (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) are fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor for and report any plumbing issues or required repairs to management.
- Sweep walkways and pick up litter around the building perimeter and parking areas.
- Clean glass on entrance doors and windows to remove fingerprints and smudges.
- Maintain entryway mats to prevent tracking dirt and debris into the facility.
- In winter, assist with basic snow or ice removal from immediate entryways as needed
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with directions or general inquiries.
- Effectively use "Caution: Wet Floor" signs and follow all safety protocols when using chemicals.
- Handle lost and found items according to company policy.
