What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew.
• Possesses and demonstrate a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, fundraisers, etc.)
• ServSafe certification
