FULL-TIME POSITION
Are you an experienced restaurant professional ready to take the next step in leadership? We’re looking for a Drive-Thru Captain who can lead a team, deliver outstanding hospitality, and keep our drive-thru running FAST, FRIENDLY, and ACCURATE!
Previous restaurant/QSR experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for guest service and operational excellence
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of quick-service restaurant experience, with 6–12 months of drive-thru experience preferred. Prior shift-lead or trainer experience is a strong advantage.
- Able to direct team members, assign positions, communicate clearly over headsets, coach performance, and keep the team motivated during rushes.
- Consistently friendly, professional, and patient. Can resolve guest concerns, correct order mistakes, and demonstrate Culver’s hometown hospitality.
- Understands order-taking, cash handling, order confirmation, food handoff, and maintaining a steady flow of cars without sacrificing accuracy or food quality.
- Available for full-time hours, including weekends, peak meal periods, and assigned opening or closing shifts. Arrives on time and follows the posted schedule.
- Follows food safety, cash-handling, cleanliness, uniform, and safety procedures. Can complete checklists and hold team members accountable
