What You’ll Do as Catering Coordinator:

You'll lead the charge in creating exceptional catering experiences by:

Managing daily and future catering orders through email and our catering systems

Communicating with guests and the team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and WOW-level service

Preparing orders for delivery or pickup—sandwich trays, boxed meals, sauces, and more

Organizing inventory and keeping our catering area clean and efficient

Coordinating delivery logistics, bag tracking, and administrative records

Training others and maintaining best practices that honor our brand and guests

Helping us “Think Next and Act” by planning ahead, working smart, and staying flexible

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

Are detail-oriented and love staying organized
Enjoy communicating with guests and thinking proactively
Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines without getting flustered
Are tech-comfortable (email, Digital Communication, POS systems, Microsoft Tools)
Have a passion for teamwork and helping others succeed
Have a valid driver’s license (bonus if you’ve done delivery or catering before!)

Catering Staff Job Requirements:

Excellent cooking and food preparation skills
Catering experience is a plus
A certificate in culinary arts is a plus
Good food decorating skills
Great attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
A friendly and positive attitude

Position Details:

Pay: $18/hour

Open and daytime availability is required

Most workdays begin at 6:00 AM

Occasional driving for local deliveries (mileage reimbursed)
