We’re on the hunt for a Dishwasher who’s ready to help us delight our Guests and keep things sparkling clean behind the scenes. Our Dishwashers are essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly — ensuring our dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils look clean like new for every shift.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine (arms, screens, baskets — the whole deal)
• Keep an eye on water temperature and sanitation levels to make sure everything’s running right
• Inspect dishes and smallwares to make sure they’re clean like new
• Wash and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and more for both the front and back of house
• Follow all health code standards for sanitation
• Remove trash and clean garbage cans
• Keep the dish area, utensil racks, and chemical storage organized and sparkling clean
• Help out with side work and extra projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:
• A valid Food Handler’s Card
• Someone who can go with the flow and handle the ups and downs of a busy day
• Good judgment and quality decision-making (with support from the Manager on Duty)
• A team player who’s also comfortable working independently when needed
