Key Role: The Marketing Manager demonstrates ownership of the restaurant's Marketing Operations in order to grow sales and build the brand. They craft and execute the annual and 90-day Marketing Plans, develop an exceptional social media and social marketing program, and develop and grow CFA One outreach and results. They grow catering through all channels and spends significant time calling on community organization to grow sales beyond the restaurant. The marketing Manager must have a growth mind set and be willing to perform other duties as assigned
