Job Responsibilities:
- Receive Deliveries: Unload delivery trucks, verify shipment quantities against invoices, and inspect food quality.
- Stock & Rotate: Move heavy boxes to storage and use the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to prevent expiration.
- Track Stock Levels: Conduct daily or weekly physical inventory counts and log data into the restaurant's tracking system.
- Maintain Organization: Keep the walk-in freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas clean, labeled, and compliant with health codes.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Positive attitude
- Available for shift from 6am-8am (minimum)
- Attention to Detail
- Basic Math skills
- Self Leader and takes initiative
- No specific education requirements
