About the Job:
We’re hiring a friendly, motivated Cashier / Sales Representative to join our Cricket Wireless - NKB Corporate Ventures Inc team. You’ll help customers choose phones and wireless plans, process payments, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and help them find the right phone, plan, and accessories
- Process sales, upgrades, activations, and payments
- Answer basic questions about billing, devices, and troubleshooting
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Meet personal and team sales goals
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Friendly, customer focused attitude
- Retail or cashier experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Comfortable using smartphones and technology
