What You’ll Do
Chat with customers and help them pick the right phone or plan
Set up new devices, transfer data, and troubleshoot basic issues
Stay up to date on the latest phones and features
Work with a fun, motivated team to hit goals and celebrate wins
Who You Are
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – a must
Friendly, outgoing, and great with people
Passionate about tech (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
Sales or customer service experience is a bonus
Reliable, eager to learn, and flexible with hours
