About the Role:
We’re looking for tech savvy, customer focused Wireless Solutions Specialist to join our Cricket Wireless - NKB Corporate Ventures Inc team! If you love helping people understand their phones, setting up devices, and making technology simple then this is the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and guide them through our products and plans
- Help set up devices, transfer data, and troubleshoot phone issues
- Stay up to date on the latest phones and features
- Work as part of a fun, motivated team to meet sales and service goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Passion for technology and great communication skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Reliable, friendly, and willing to learn
