About the Role

What You’ll Do
Welcome customers in-store and over the phone
Match each customer with the perfect phone, plan, or accessory
Hit and surpass personal and store sales targets
Handle activations, payments, and troubleshooting
Stay updated on the latest products, promos, and services
Help maintain a positive, team-focused store culture
Who You Are
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
Tech-savvy and willing to learn
Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
