What You’ll Do (English & Spanish):
- Help customers with new phone activations, upgrades, and accessory bundles
- Start conversations with shoppers in English or Spanish
- Explain devices, wireless plans, and promotions in clear, simple bilingual communication
- Recommend the right phone, plan, and accessories for each customer
- Assist with device setup, activation, and basic troubleshooting
- Keep wireless displays organized, stocked, and visually appealing
- Deliver excellent customer service / servicio al cliente to every shopper
What Makes You Great for This Role:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) or strong Spanish-speaking ability is a big plus

- Able to stand and move for 8–10 hour shifts
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and most holidays
No wireless experience needed, we provide full bilingual friendly training.
Disclaimer: This position requires flexibility to work at multiple store locations. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between stores as needed.
