TAP Plastics is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a creative retail environment.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and assist with Inventory counts
- Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining visual standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in unloading the delivery truck and able to lift 25 lbs.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- One year of previous retail sales experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and ability to read tape measure
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Organizational skills to maintain inventory and displays
Hours:
- 25 to 29 hours per week - Monday through Saturday between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Closed on Sundays and many holidays!
