Job brief

We are looking for a reliable Construction Project Engineer to assist our managers in construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for assisting in organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects. We have work all over Oregon, mostly Public Projects.

Responsibilities

Assist the project team with schedule updates

Organization and processing of: RFI’s, Submittals, ASI’s and PR’s

Assist with project quality Control

Assist with project Safety plans

Assist the project manager with Monthly pay applications

Assist with Daily problem solving and dispute resolution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field

Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Basic understanding of all facets of the construction process

Familiarity with construction management and scheduling software

Excellent time and project management skills

Ability to read and understand drawings and specs
