Main duty would be to maintain cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out general cleaning which includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilet, polishing the stores, bar, kitchen and equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring the kitchen, all kitchen equipment, all surfaces, serving ware, dish ware are clean and sanitized.
- Scraping food from dirty dishes and washing the used dishes and kitchen utensils.
- Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation and dispose of waste as per store and authority standards.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained at all times.
- Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Physically fit.
- 6 days work week, including weekends; Off day will be on a weekday.
- Willing to work in different outlets/locations if needed; including our Central Kitchen.
