Responsibilities
1. Commercial & Financial Performance
- Responsible for achieving the store’s annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue, cost, and profit targets.
- Responsible for analyzing store operation data to improve and increase store revenue.
- Review and analyze regular customer behaviour from loyalty program data to suggest local store strategies and improve retention and satisfaction.
2. Inventory & Asset Management
- Monitor inventory performance, including cost management, loss tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
- Lead stock planning and order review: validate material usage forecasts, order schedules, and vendor alignment.
- Ensure SOPs for inventory and asset management are implemented, maintained, and improved across the store.
- Oversee asset and material safeguarding, ensuring equipment, tools, and supplies are used and maintained responsibly.
- Leading and scheduling maintenance service, and supporting the communication with the service's 3rd party
3. Customer, Community & External Relations
- Conduct neighbourhood market research, analyze the community and consumer profiles and behaviour, and plan and execute store revenue improvement and customer engagement activities.
- Assist in implementing the company's brand activities and promoting its business philosophy and corporate culture.
- Manage relationships with customers, landlords, and store staff, handling customer complaints and feedback properly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead store venue rentals and collaborations with external corporations and partnerships related to the store.
4. Team Management & Development
- Manage the daily operations and supervision of store staff, including training, on-the-job guidance, performance evaluation, and personal development.
- Improve work procedures and rules for each position within the store and update documentation of guidelines and SOPs.
- Provide management training and mentorship for Operation Partner and Store Manager candidates.
5. General
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience: Around 6 years of working experience, more than 3 years of work experience in F&B and retail industries, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Proficient in office software, including slide presentations, documentation, basic Excel analysis, and professional-level English proficiency.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrates strong leadership, analytical decision-making, interpersonal and communication skills, with effective planning and execution capabilities. Upholds high standards of integrity and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
