The Operation Executive ensures the smooth administrative and backend processes that support all retail operations. This role focuses on inventory control, procurement processing, system maintenance, and cross-functional coordination for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support new store opening logistics (e.g., Wi-Fi, insurance, licenses)
- Manage inventory (inbound/outbound), packaging, and requisitions
- Issue purchase orders, match requisitions, and process invoices
- Maintain NETS, Stripe Express portals, and reconcile discount logs
- Prepare part-time contracts and support centralized onboarding
- Maintain Abacus POS system, support user login and account setup
- Manage pest control, routine service scheduling, and equipment repairs
- Print store checklists and forms; ensure site compliance and cleanliness
- Other tasks assigned by Operation Leadership team
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- 1 – 3 years of experience in operations support, retail, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a familiar and fast learner with tech systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with procurement, inventory management, or facilities coordination is a plus
