Roles & Responsibilities:

The Director of Brand and Sales Growth is responsible for overseeing the growth of the brand in the community and the sales at Chick-fil-A Green Bay. The position reports to the Owner/Operator.


The mission of the Director of Brand and Sales Growth is to serve as a forward-thinking partner. They will demonstrate ownership of 'Creating Raving Fans', specifically by delivering 2nd Mile Service in order to grow sales and build the brand. They will create and execute a plan to market the Chick-fil-A brand both internally and externally ensuring Local Store Marketing and Social Media Marketing occurs on a daily basis. They embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as an ambassador to the community.


· Growing sales and connectivity with our community by utilizing our four marketing assets of Food, People, Cows, and Influence.

· Be responsible for building and maintaining a strong digital marketing presence to drive customer count to Chick-fil-A

· Create consistent, engaging social media posts on all accounts to interact with our guests and the community

· Ensure all marketing follows Chick-fil-A Branding and executes our desire to become the world's most "caring" company

· Coordinate all donation and fundraising requests

· Set outside sales goals

· Create up-selling tools as needed for Team Members

· Support in the operations of the restaurant first then perform director duties.

· Must be available to work opening and closing shifts

· Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays

· Part of being a director includes being on the line for the lunch or dinner rushes depending on when you're scheduled.


General Responsibilities:

· Ability to oversee 50-70 direct reports on a daily basis

· The business mindset with a proven record of financial growth in profit and sales of a restaurant.

· Passion and understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand and the desire to be an advocate as a Director of Community Relations.

· Understand the importance of leadership development and mentoring team members of all ages.

· Train Team Members to understand Core 4, 2nd Mile service, and Winning Hearts Everyday model.

· Clearly communicate with respect and use technology for continuous conversations.

· Accountable for developing and executing a monthly marketing plan.

· Oversee weekly sampling.

· Plan and execute Family Marketing Activities

· Oversee the display of all merchandising materials (Marketing Calendars, POP, Reader Board, etc…)

· Table flowers

· Meet with the operator weekly.

· Respond to Phone calls and emails with catering/donation requests.

· Manage Spotlight rewards.

· Negotiate trades with other businesses.

· Delivering catering orders

· Drive food service trailer to events


In-Community Responsibilities :

· Oversee Chick-fil-A One program and secure additional outside sales orders

· Assist in the fulfillment and execution of catering orders

· Be an ambassador for the brand, and build relationships with local community members at all times

· Plan and execute food distribution to surrounding businesses monthly

· Visit with surrounding schools to implement Fund-Raising Programs, Third Party Sales, etc…

· Tie-in with local community events, festivals, parades, etc…

Requirements:

· B.A./B.S. in related field preferred

· 2+ Years Experience Managing Teams

· Must be comfortable networking and giving public presentations

· Resume is required

· Must pass background check

· Preferred Food Safe Certified

· Valid driver's license

· Must have reliable transportation and insurance

· Must be able to drivel a trailer


Other Duties:

· Able to lift 40 – 60 pounds on a consistent basis.

· Able to work opening, closing and weekend shifts.

Compensation Breakdown:

· Base Salary of between $40,000-$50,000/year

· Performance based incentive opportunities (~$10,000 - $20,000/year +/-)

· Full ancillary benefits package through Anthem (~$10,000/year +/-)

o Medical, Health, Dental, Vision, etc.

· 401K retirement plan with company match up to 4% (~$1,600 - $2,000/year +/-)

· Two weeks of paid vacation (~$1,500 - $1,900/year +/-)

· Scholarship Opportunities (~$1,000 - $2,500/year +/-)

· Free meal(s) while working (~$4,000/year +/-)

· Apparel Allowance ($200/year +/-)

· Total value of ~$68,300 – $90,600/year +/-

This compensation breakdown is an average based on previous results. All performance-based incentives are dependent on performance.
