Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of in-store operations
- Lead by example in following company directives
- Ensure store cleanliness and employee efficiency
- Execute systems and procedures with integrity
- Utilize excellent communication skills
- Foster a positive and efficient workplace
Requirements:
- Ability to work a 35+ hour week
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Handle fast-paced and high-stress situations
- Organize priorities with minimal supervision
- Willingness to coach and manage employees
