What You’ll Do as a Talented Barista

Prepare and serve stunning, Instagram-worthy seasonal drinks quickly and accurately
Handle multiple orders with chill but fast energy during busy rushes
Engage with customers by remembering their names and favorite drinks
Create positive connections and brighten customers’ days with your enthusiasm
Work collaboratively with your team, communicating and supporting each other
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and love for talking to people
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Coachability and willingness to learn and improve
Reliable transportation and ability to stand for 6–8 hours
Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18+ with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
