ASSISTANT MANAGER / STORE LEAD
Ready to lead more than a shift?
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager (Store Lead) to partner with our Store Manager and help lead one of our busiest locations.
This is a true leadership role. You’ll help shape our culture, develop Shift Leads, coach the team, drive results, and help create an environment where people genuinely want to work.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations
- Coach, develop, and support Shift Leads and Baristas
- Give feedback and hold the team accountable
- Help build a strong, positive team culture
- Support scheduling, training, and team development
- Lead calmly and confidently through busy shifts
- Drive great customer service, sales, and store performance
- Lead by example and jump in wherever needed
