Chick-fil-A Team Member Positions
We are always looking for amazing people to join our team! Our basic starting pay for Team Members is $15.25+ per hour, but additional opportunities for wage increases are based on your role, your availability, and previous experience. There are plenty of opportunities for Team Members to earn more money - Full Time, Cross Trained, etc. We also offer advancement opportunities and on-the-job training for leadership roles.
Our organizational structure includes the following levels of Team Members:
- Part Time Team Member - Front and Kitchen
- Full Time Team Member - Front and Kitchen (Currently Priority Hiring!)
- Trainer Team Member

- Personally follow all Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale systems, processes, policies and procedures related to your specific role
- Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness guidelines
