Our organizational structure includes the following levels of Team Members, and we are always looking for amazing people to join our team! Our starting pay for Team Members is $15.25+ per hour and is based role, availability, and proven previous experience.

- Personally follow all Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale systems, processes, policies and procedures related to your specific role
