What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll:
- Lead daily store operations
- Delegate team tasks effectively

- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service
You will help shape the culture and performance of the store, with support from ownership.
What We’re Looking For
A successful candidate will have:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred)
- Ability to manage performance goals
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- A track record of accountability and results
- Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally
Experience is valued, but what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and execute.
Hours & Expectations
- Part-time assistant manager role
- Typically, 25-30 hours per week, including weekends
- On-floor leadership and presence
- Flexible to cover peak operational periods (may include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
