Multi Unit Manager
At Hawaiian Bros Island Grill, we live the Aloha Spirit and spread positivity through our food, our people, and our communities. We’re looking for a multi unit manager to lead with heart, drive results, and grow our teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple restaurants.
- Build a strong bench of future leaders and foster an inclusive, positive team culture.
- Ensure operational excellence in hospitality, safety, and quality standards.
- Partner with Support Center and Field teams to implement training, marketing, and growth initiatives.
- Drive financial performance while honoring Hawaiian Bros mission of spreading positivity through the Aloha Spirit.
