Position Summary
The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving the
growth of the Commercial Services Group by identifying, pursuing, and securing
new customer accounts while maintaining outstanding service and support for
existing clients. This position is responsible for building long-term customer
relationships, generating sales, and expanding the company’s market presence
through proactive outreach and account development.
The Sales Representative will also assist with product sourcing, pricing, and
order coordination, while supporting the overall goals and operations of the
CSG department.
Major Responsibilities

Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new
customer accounts

Develop and maintain strong relationships with
new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Engage and communicate effectively with
customers, vendors, and internal teams.
·
Promote CSG’s product and service capabilities,
conducting in-person visits, presentations, or demonstrations as needed.

Collaborate with management to develop new sales
strategies and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
·
Assist with sourcing and securing products as
assigned by management or requested by customers.
·
Maintain and update internal inventory systems,
including item setup, SKU management, and returns.
·
Execute daily operational goals and priorities
assigned by management.
·
Participate in processing and tracking new
orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company
products, pricing, and promotions.
Minimum Requirements
·
Proven experience in sales, account development,
or business-to-business customer acquisition preferred.
·
Strong ability to generate new business leads
and close sales.
·
Excellent communication, negotiation, and
relationship-building skills.
·
High level of organization, attention to detail,
and ability to manage multiple priorities.
·
Commitment to delivering excellent service and
customer satisfaction.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online
research tools.
·
Knowledge of hardware, construction, or
maintenance-related products preferred, with a willingness to learn.
·
Education: High school diploma required; some
college preferred.
·
Valid Driver’s License required.
Physical Requirements
·
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
·
Ability to move and handle boxes of merchandise
as needed.
·
