We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Costume Manager to join our team. As the Costume Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the "look" of our monsters, ensuring that every actor is outfitted in a high-quality, terrifying, and safe costume. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for the haunted house industry.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee daily costume operations, including actor outfitting, repairs, and routine laundering.
• Ensure a safe and functional experience for all actors by maintaining costume integrity and comfort.
• Maintain and inventory all masks, wardrobe pieces, and props to ensure the haunt remains "show ready" every night.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in theatrical costuming, wardrobe management, or the haunt industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a high volume of costumes and staff.
• Passion for horror, Halloween, and character design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work closely with actors and makeup teams.

Indy Scream Park Hours and Days:
• Actor training/Costume Fittings The last weekend of August.
• Costume Managers work every Friday and Saturday in September, and 7 days a week from October 2 – Nov 1.
• Shift begins nightly at 5:00 PM (to prepare for actor arrival) and ends at 11:00 PM (Sunday – Thursday) or 2:00 AM (Friday and Saturday nights).
