We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for ice skating to assist visitors in enjoying a safe and fun experience on our ice rink.
As an Ice Rink Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficient ice skating skills to effectively assist and guide visitors on the ice.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to skaters of all levels, including those who may be struggling or new to ice skating.
- Enforce safety protocols and general rules to maintain a secure environment for all guests.
- Monitor the ice rink area to ensure a safe and clean environment, addressing any hazards or concerns promptly.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and teardown of the ice rink as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Proficient ice skating ability is a must.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests of all ages and skill levels.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
