Responsibilities:

Model leadership and culture.
Set the example in character service, and professionalism every day.
Collaborate.
Work closely with the Operator and Executive Team, leaders, and team members across the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of business outcomes and team performance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results.
- Experience leading a high-performing team,
- Strong strategic thinking, paired with practical execution
- A high level of personal accountability and professionalism
