Reports to: Marketing Director / Restaurant Leadership Team

Overview
Are you full of energy, love making people smile, and don’t mind standing out in a crowd? We’re looking for someone to bring the Chick-fil-A Cow to life! As our beloved mascot, you’ll help spread joy, laughter, and “Eat Mor Chikin” spirit at community events, school visits, and in-restaurant promotions.
Responsibilities
- Represent Chick-fil-A in a positive, family-friendly manner at all times.
- Engage with guests (especially children!) through fun gestures, dancing, and photo opportunities.
- Participate in store events, parades, community gatherings, and school visits.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to create memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and care of the cow costume.
- Occasionally assist with event setup, giveaways, or light marketing tasks.
Qualifications
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable wearing a full-body costume for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate through gestures and body language (no speaking in costume).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Available for occasional evenings or weekend events.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Max height for costume is 5’9
