Our team members serve our guests with signature Chick-fil-A service by smiling, saying "My Pleasure", communicating in a friendly tone, delivering fast & accurate service and maintaining a clean and safe place for our guests to visit. We serve our guests as a Drive-thru only restaurant and much of our time is outdoors as much as it is indoors. We have roles across the team to serve, from cooking and preparing great food that is safe to eat, to serving guests and preparing orders on the front line.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities include:

  • Smile
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact
  • Speak with a Friendly tone

  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Working in outdoor environments to serve customers

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities inlclude:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
