Ideal candidates will be comfortable working on the floor as well as at a desk. Willing to uphold restaurant policies and have the communications skills necessary to carry-out coaching and critical feedback conversations. Able and willing to manage and create systems in the restaurant and lead by example with safety rules & clean work areas. Restaurant leaders on our team should be effective at high-level business meetings as well as ground-level service with guests and team.

This position is for the Chick-fil-A at 101 South Tryon, in Uptown Charlotte. This is a leadership role on our team with much of the role's time spent teaching and training Chick-fil-A processes, serving guests and helping others in the restaurant. Applicants must be comfortable working in varying environments that may include a high volume kitchen, and coaching others for extended periods.

Time spent off the floor would include meetings, planning and preparing training schedules, and tracking team training progress. This is not a comprehensive role description, rather a summary of general responsibilities that go into daily activities of the role and may include other duties and responsibilities not described here.
