They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Shift Leaders are responsible for leading their teams in executing daily operations and ensuring all components of our service model are meeting our standard. A Shift Leader’s greatest responsibility is leading others with a focus on the guest. Shift Leaders lead by example and model the standard for others to follow. Shift Leaders oversee different areas of the restaurant including Front counter, Drive-thru, outdoors roles and back of house roles.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Leading zones in the restaurant and day-to-day service in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Coach others when needed and act as a role model for our team
- Hold standards of our restaurant policy Handbook
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Opening and closing shifts available
- Organize shift set ups and position assignments of team members
- Coordinate breaks according to business demand
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
