The Customer Service and Billing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch office. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handles incoming calls and inquiries, processes billing and transactions within company systems, maintains accurate records, and provides operational support to ensure efficient branch operations. The Customer Service and Billing Coodinator works independently while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the company's commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage customer delivery and service activities accurately and timely
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with enthusiasm
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records with attention to detail
- Virtual interaction with other Stern locations to facilitate deliveries, services, and customer account activities.

Ideal Candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Schedule & Location
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
- 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday through Friday
- On-site role working independently
