Job Responsibilities:
- Sharpen a variety of cutting tools, including router bits and saw blades, to ensure optimal performance.
- Select and mount grinding wheels on machines according to specifications.
- Set up and operate grinding or polishing machines for metal workpieces.
- Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Repair small power tools and equipment as needed.
- Operate various equipment and machinery, including CNC machines after training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in repair and maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
