Front of House Team Member

Rate of pay$13 - 18 per hour

Position Type:

  • Full-time and Part-time
  • Candidates under the age of 16 will start at $9-$10/ hr.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Assembling, cleaning, maintaining and operating equipment: ice cream machine, soda drink fountains, lemonade and tea, and coffee machines, etc
  • Fulfill other duties as required to assist team members and leadership with necessary tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Over 16 available to open or close a minimum of 2 days a week- One day must be Friday or Saturday

  • Completing tasks and ensuring that products and guest experience are consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture and the Operator’s vision.
  • Work with urgency to complete tasks efficiently and achieve operational excellence in all that you do.
  • Preparing, assembling and serving products to food stations according to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders.
  • Stand for periods of up to 5 hours in length
  • Basic mathematical and measurement skills
  • Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care.
  • Always courteously greet guests.
  • Able to lift up to 45 pounds
  • Maintaining a well-groomed and clean appearance and always dressing professional
  • Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and inspection standards
