Restaurant Supervisor

Rate of payStarting at $17.00 per hour

Restaurant Supervisors are representatives and guardians of the brand of Chick-fil-A for each Operational daypart.  These are high performing leaders who have strong emotional control and leadership qualities.  Supervisors are tasked with consistently meeting restaurant metric targets for each day part including Labor Productivity, Food Cost, CEM scores, and Food Safety.  They oversee the production of service for guests and ensure every guest experience is equally as positive. This is a high-stress, in-demand position that requires a great deal of focus and control.

 

Overview

Minimum Requirements

  • Worked for Chick-fil-A at least 6 months or have at least 3 months with Chick-fil-A and 6+ months of prior relevant industry management experience. 
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Be available to work 3-4 shifts a week, a minimum of 25 hours with the availability to open AND close at least 2 days per week or the availability to open OR close at least 3 days per week
  • Has completed the Chick-fil-A Team Leader course and worked at that level for at least 3 months

  • You have experience as a General Manager for a fast food restaurant or Assistant/Key Manager for a full service restaurant or similar
  • You understand the basics of leading a restaurant shift (Planning, Organizing, and Leading a team of people in a high-stress environment)
