Mindful Mobile Medicine, the sister company of Refined, is a forward-thinking, mobile mental health organization dedicated to meeting patients where they are—literally. We provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy and psychiatric care in the comfort of patients’ homes, assisted living facilities, and independent living settings.
We’re expanding our team and are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who shares our commitment to making mental health care accessible and deeply personal.
Position Overview
As an LCSW with Mindful Mobile Medicine, you will:
- Provide in-person psychotherapy services to older adults and other individuals living in private homes, assisted living, and independent living environments.
- Collaborate closely with our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
- Assess mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and provide individual therapy.
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Required: Active LCSW license in Utah
- Required: Ability and willingness to work in the community (travel to homes and facilities)
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach
- Experience with older adult populations or in-home/community-based care is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
