As a Maintenance Leader, you will play a vital role in executing daily facility operations and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead by example, maintaining our high-performance equipment and ensuring our restaurant is a safe, clean environment for our guests and team. Maintenance Leader Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Creating and executing a schedule for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment (fryers,refrigeration, etc.).
- Facility Oversight: Ensuring the interior and exterior of the restaurant (including the parking lot and landscaping) are pristine and ready for our guests and employees.
- Operational Participation: Participating operationally in day-to-day activities to ensure equipment is functioning during high-volume shifts.
- Safety & Training: Assisting in training team members on the proper use and daily care of equipment.
- Problem Solving: Offering immediate response to equipment needs to ensure "REMARK"able guest experiences.
- Stewardship: Monitoring equipment usage and smallware lifecycles to minimize repair costs and downtime.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to climb ladders and perform work on the roof or in high-reach areas.
- Comfort working in varying temperatures (entering walk-in freezers or working outdoors).
- Standing, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods while performing repairs.
- Manual dexterity to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
