Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture
• Create and implement systems
• Maintain labor productivity
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Understand our current state, our goals, and how to reach them
• Train and develop Team Leaders and Team Members to reach their full potential
• Ensure customer satisfaction by upholding our brand and attending to customer concerns
• Coach Team Leaders and Team Members regularly in SOPs, behavior, and health policies in real time
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant setting
• Smile

• Create and maintain eye contact
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Strong commitment to superior customer service
• Reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage team member's behavioral and performance issues 
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve and develop team members
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Gain a good understanding of all SOPs, goals, and systems pertaining to the restaurant
• Commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of the restaurant
