Our fast-growing local restoration company, supported by a trusted national brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help take our business to the next level. What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage your sales territory and pipeline
- Develop and nurture your network to drive warm referrals
- Maintain clear communication with referral partners and clients throughout project lifecycles
- Conduct monthly sales calls with current partners and new prospects
- Deliver engaging presentations to both potential and existing customers
- Lead project file reviews and support quality control
- Organize and facilitate continuing education sessions
- Attend, host, and actively participate in industry and networking events
- Stay organized and effective using our company CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or a service-related industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives on networking and growing a book of business
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a hunter’s mentality
- Comfortable presenting to small and large groups
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience using CRM platforms to track activity and drive results
Compensation & Benefits:
