Front-of-House Operations Leader (Leadership Position)
At Chick-fil-A, a FOH Operations Leader is responsible for delivering exceptional guest and team member experiences by leading with excellence, executing at a high level, and developing others. This role plays a critical part in driving restaurant performance, building team culture, and creating a positive, high-energy environment where people can grow.

Operations Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts with a focus on food quality, fast service, and order accuracy
- Create a welcoming and clean environment for guests and team members
- Build relationships and develop team members through coaching and feedback
- Maintain a positive, team-first culture through encouragement and recognition
- Communicate clear plans and expectations to the team before and during shifts
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly and effectively
- Ensure proper setup, staffing, and execution throughout the shift
- Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism using effective recovery methods
- Oversee cleanliness, stocking, and organization standards
- Manage breaks, positioning, and team rotations effectively
- Complete thorough shift handoffs and communicate with other leaders
- Uphold all Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Leadership or hospitality experience preferred, not required
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Quick and effective decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in and lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude with a “We over Me” mindset
- Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive way

Compensation:
Starting at $18 per hour
Competitive pay based on experience
