The Night Time Shift Supervisor is pivotal in overseeing nightly operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, upholding high-quality standards, prioritizing food safety, and fostering a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational objectives.
- Shift Management: Supervise all facets of restaurant operations during PM shifts, encompassing closing protocols, staffing, and adherence to company policies.
- Customer Service: Guarantee prompt, welcoming, and personalized service to guests; address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Quality Control: Sustain rigorous standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the restaurant, promptly addressing any issues.
- Food Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation.
- Cash Handling: Oversee cash transactions, including POS system operations, cash reconciliation, and deposit preparation, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational issues or emergencies swiftly and effectively, such as equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or customer incidents.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all pertinent health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work nighttime shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM is required.
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Superior customer service abilities, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines; preference for ServSafe certification.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
