Location: West County (Des Peres)
We are hiring a General Manager to lead a high-volume Crumbl Cookies scratch bakery doing ~$1.3M annually with a team of 15-20 employees.
This is a true leadership role with authority to hire, train, coach, and hold staff accountable — not simply covering shifts. The GM is responsible for building a strong, reliable team and driving operational performance.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily bakery operations from production through customer service
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Improve team reliability and reduce turnover (especially night shift)
• Manage scheduling, labor efficiency, and performance standards
• Maintain a fast-paced, high-accountability work culture
Our Environment:
We are a scratch bakery producing dough and frosting each morning using commercial mixers, followed by retail operations, prep, and cleaning later in the day. Speed, teamwork, and strong leadership are essential.
What We Offer:
• $53K base salary
• Up to $500/month performance bonus
• Monthly cell phone reimbursement
• Health insurance: ~50% employer-paid at hire, increasing to 100% reimbursement after one year
