Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, take orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Weigh and shape cookie dough
- Frost and decorate cookies
- Clean and restock the workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized
- Keep pink boxes folded and ready to fill orders
- Keep the store clean for guests
- Crew members do not work on commercial mixers or ovens
- Advancement opportunities available for crew lead
We ask you to:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation
- Stand for your shift
