Evening Shift Manager
$20/hr | 40 hrs per week | Saturdays Required | Sundays Off
Location: West County Des Peres
Crumbl West County is hiring an Evening Shift Manager (2pm to close), to help lead afternoon and closing shifts. This role works closely with the store’s leadership team and will sometimes run shifts independently and close the store, while other shifts will overlap with the General Manager or other shift managers.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can keep a small team organized, maintain production pace, and help ensure smooth evening operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of 2–4 during evening shifts
- Run and close shifts when scheduled independently
- Work alongside management during overlapping shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and oversee order fulfillment
- Assist with dough prep, baking, frosting, and decorating
- Assign stations and keep production on pace
- Maintain store cleanliness and complete closing procedures
Schedule Needs
- Afternoon & evening shifts (typically ending around 10:30pm)
- Full Time- 40 hours per week
- Saturday availability required
- Closed Sundays

What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership or shift supervisor experience preferred
- Comfortable running shifts and closing when scheduled
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Able to stand for shift duration and lift 10–50 lbs
