We’re looking for a bold, energized, leadership-driven General Manager who’s ready to take the wheel and dominate the road ahead.

What You’ll Do

• Command daily operations across every department
• Drive sales, service, and next-level customer satisfaction
• Train, inspire, and develop high-performing managers
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
• Set big goals — then crush them
• Ensure compliance across all regulations
• Create the kind of team environment people love to work in

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years management or sales leadership experience
• Powersports or auto background preferred
• A deep understanding of dealership operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
• CDK or Lightspeed knowledge is a plus
