Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the customer buying process with professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
- Ensure demo vehicles are equipped with the latest technology and ready for display.
- Build strong rapport with customers and assist with lead generation.
- Set appointments for vehicle demonstrations and prepare marketing materials.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Outgoing, friendly demeanor, especially in handling objections.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Eager to learn dealership best practices and enhance customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude.
