YOUR MISSION AS SERVICE MANAGER

You’ll be the engine that keeps the service department running strong, profitable, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set, forecast, and crush department goals
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and lead top-tier service talent
  • Build and manage the service department budget
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, CSI, and profitability
  • Drive teamwork across all departments
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer, warranty, OSHA, and local/state regulations
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase repeat and referral business
  • Lead weekly department meetings and ongoing training
  • Maintain high-quality repairs while minimizing comebacks
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, parts coordination, and technician productivity
  • Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Serve as the liaison with factory reps and technical schools
  • Ensure top-tier customer experience from write-up to follow-up
